In small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants, sludge concentration and dewatering require a large amount of space. In traditional sludge dewatering systems, the cost of building new buildings or expanding existing sites is very high.

 

The Mobile sludge dewatering is a mobile vehicle mounted sludge dewatering complete system developed from the perspective of saving investment costs for customers.

This system is mobile and can serve different sewage treatment plants in a multi-point manner. The Mobile sludge dewatering is mainly composed of multi disc screw press, polymer preparation unit, polymer dosing pump, sludge feeding pump, and a container or transport vehicle (the transport vehicle is provided by the user).

The entire sludge thickening and dewatering system can be installed in a container, completely replacing the traditional sludge thickening and dewatering solution, and can achieve a "plug and play" function. Simply connect the pipeline to start dewatering immediately.

 

 

The Mobile sludge dewatering can be directly moved to the sludge tank for sludge dewatering treatment according to customer needs.

The polymer preparation unit within the system is responsible for the dissolution and maturation of chemicals, and the multi disc screw press completes the sludge dewatering treatment. Afterwards, the sludge cake is transported to the designated location by an shaftless screw conveyor.

This system includes sludge feeding pump and polymer dosing pump, which can independently complete the work of the sludge dewatering room with only an external power supply and flushing water source.
