Car Battery Assembly Line
APPLICATION
Semi-automatic Chain Conveyor Line is an efficient combination of human and machine, which reflects the flexibility of the device adequately. It combines the convey system, pallets and equipment testing to meet Multi-variety products’ assembly requirements effectively. It can be transferred synchronously ( stationary type) or asynchronous (Flexible type). Also, we could offer hand assembly, semi-auto and fully auto assembly to meet different customers’ needs.
Functions
1. It has a high usage rate. The output increases more than double after applying the assembly line.
2. The working-in-process inventory can be decreased by more than 80 per cent.
3. The producing ability is relatively stable. The automatic production system combines by one or more machine tools which can operate when there is a problem.
4. High-quality products. In the parts machining process, the loading and unloading can complete at the same time, which ensure high precision processing and stable processing mode.
